This is the dirtiest cleaning company I’ve ever hired. Nearly everything they cleaned in our house we had to clean again. While watching them work I found out why: they simple don’t know how to do the job correctly or bring the right tools to do so. So while they do clean for a long time, the results are shockingly bad. In the end they also tried to bill us 23 hours more than they worked! Hands off this company is my clear advice! This is the first time in my life that I give a 1-star review, but this company deserves it.
Do you want some proof – check the pictures. All these dirty examples I cleaned after myself and in very short time I could get everything clean. Do you need an example of the lack of knowledge: Our parquet floor they cleaned with lots and lots of water… The window frames they cleaned also very badly and then even let the dirty water on it dry again. They also “cleaned” an outside terrasse for several hours with my Karcher (they only came with a brush and a mob) – and after they loosened the dirt, they let the dirty water dry again on the spot 🙈. After several more examples like that I told them to stop, and I cleaned myself.
